Customer Agreement

By proceeding, you agree to allow MGW Customer Support or its affiliates therein to start a remote support session with you. This support tool allows the support representative to gather certain diagnostic information about your computer, to remotely share your screen and access your computer system to assist you. By clicking the button to proceed, you agree to proceed with the remote support session and having the necessary file to that enables the support to be downloaded to your device automatically.

If MGW Customer Support determines that the remote support session is billable, you agree to pay a flat rate of $75, for the first hour, and any additional labor at $18.75 per 15 minutes.


If you're using Windows Software

  1. Once you click the button below, navigate to your File Explorer in order to locate your Downloads folder.
  2. Double click the file TeamViewer QuickSupport.
  3. A disclaimer window will appear asking if you accept or decline. 
  4. Click Accept. 

If you're using Apple Software

  1. Once you click the button below, use the search feature in the top right of your screen and search for Downloads.
  2. Open the Downloads folder, and double click the downloaded file TeamViewer QuickSupport. If a window appears asking if you want to open the file, click yes. 
  3. A disclaimer window may appear asking if you accept or decline. 
  4. Click Accept.
