Our call centers are locally based and are top notch in the services they can offer.  Best of all this service is already included in any of the Internet packages including dial-up, wireless Internet, fiber, and DSL. These computer experts will talk you through the most complex issues right in your very own home. If you are experiencing a problem please call: 877-579-9572 for one of our MGW Networks Technical Support Centers. MGW currently supports two call centers in Augusta County.

We offer education class in a one-on-one setting with a highly skilled technician. MGW can teach anything from software use to basic computer navigation, setup, and use. *For all afterhours or weekend troubles that require a technician to be called out, MGW reserves the right to charge the subscriber an after hour/ weekend rate of $50 trip charge followed by a $75 hourly rate.
