April 25, 2016 Fiber deployment is announced by MGW from Staunton to the Swoope area in an effort to continue to offer people faster Internet speeds and more options for connectivity in Augusta County.
January 19, 2016 A new software solution, that provides our Customer Service Representatives enhanced insight and abilities into our customer's services, has been implemented in a continual effort to resolve issues in less time than ever before.
December 5, 2015 We have finalized and launched our new billing platform. We are thrilled about the enhanced services and security this billing platform offers. This billing platform also offers increased capabilities through your online account, and ultimately enables us to provide superior customer service.
October 29, 2015 We have begun upgrading all residential facilities, currently in place, in preparation for our new DSL platform scheduled for release in early 2016.
August 13, 2015 Our expansion project, which is set to begin in September, on MGW towers in Swoope, Churchville, and surrounding areas will serve to offer the next tier of available bandwidth. The project will result in faster available connectivity speeds and heightened service reliability. The project is estimated to be completed by the end of 2015.
June 24, 2015 We are continuing to expand our Fiber footprint to new and existing customers in Millboro, Virginia and the surrounding areas. This expansion will reach approximately 50 residences and businesses.

April 17, 2015 Upgrades and implementation of additional microcells have been scheduled to be placed in the Millboro region to bring needed bandwidth to customers. This will include a newer generation of equipment and enhanced functionality.
April 13, 2015 Plans have been announced to bring fiber to the town of Millboro and Goshen, VA. In addition, all wireless facilities in Millboro and Goshen regions will continue to receive upgrades including fiber uplinks for increased bandwidth needs and future upgrades.
February 3, 2015 We are implementing our new billing platform and "SAM" to allow for more efficient billing, operations, and service delivery. Expected implementation time is set for June/July 2015. Additional features include: increased cohesion, fewer billing platforms, more responsive features, and automated operations for a more cohesive experience.
November 24, 2014 Implementation of our Enterprise and Managed Services Division into our Customer Service Department has begun. With dedicated customer service representatives and a process specifically catered to you or your business, customers are ensured an optimal customer service experience so you can focus on the things that matter the most to you.
August 12, 2014 We have brought Fiber closer to Headwaters, VA tripling the amount of available bandwidth to the community. Coupled with additional expansion units, we have now effectively doubled the amount of clients its service is available too.
April 20, 2014 We are continuing our private effort to add increased Internet connectivity in Augusta County's more rural areas as it moves West from Staunton to West Augusta.
October 1, 2013 We are launching our business plan for a Tier 2 Customer Service Department. This department will increase customer service levels, reduce scheduling turnaround, and remedy issues more efficiently.
September 9, 2013 We are continuing to expand its Goshen/Millboro Fiber Network along Highway 39 in an effort to provide increased services and bandwidth to underserved areas.
June 14, 2013 We have begun our fiber project on Hankey Mountain Highway to deliver fiber to an estimated 300+ people. The project is estimated to be completed by mid to late 2014.
